We require a one-night deposit which may be canceled without penalty at least forty-eight hours prior to arrival. Our non-refundable and pre-paid rates will be subject to the terms and conditions of the rate or package booked.
Bring your dog! The Balfour allows guests to bring along their companion. Dogs only please. Maximum 2 dogs. Maximum 40 pounds weight per pet. A $150.00 cleaning fee per stay will be charged for pets at check in.
Staying at The Balfour Hotel keeps you close to all the popular South Beach attractions, including Española Way. The hotel offers bicycles on a first come - first served basis.
The guest will need to download the zybra app (QR code is on the bike). There is a $20 bicycle rental credit per stay. There is a charge once the credit is used.
